Then come back and post a link to the contribution with Mr. Linky (but please, link to the exact post, not your blog). As always, there's no hard-and-fast rule that you have to post on Wednesday.
But I invite everyone to check back often to read and comment on other contributions. This is, after all, a community for writers who clamor for feedback.

"That dainty, silly thing! She left a man hopelessly in love! "

I riffed off the words to do a classical allusion.

I love how the 3ww prompts always take me to surprising places.

My flower pot !
Loved this week's words! I cheated a little by using a different sense for 'haunting', but really like what I came up with.
I loved the words but had a hard time using them. Thought of food at first, then thought of dancing, then thought of people.... and ended up with a curse. :)
Something softer this week. I think I'm going to give up being so angry and hard in my writing this Lent.
If VL's giving up being so angry in her writing, then I must be giving up endless stories. Only 300 words this time. A frickin' miracle.
Thanks, Thom, for running the show.
Thanks very much for your help in inspiring some of my Haunted By Haiku.
Tried to bring an old memory to life this week. The word haunting hit me pretty strong . . .
Thanks for the inspiration. First time here!
