3WW CCXXXVI

Each week, I post three words. You write something using the words.
Then come back and post a link to the contribution with Mr. Linky (but please, link to the exact post, not your blog, by clicking on the exact post title). As always, there's no hard-and-fast rule that you have to post on Wednesday.

But I invite everyone to check back often to read and comment on other contributions. This is, after all, a community for writers who clamor for feedback.

This week's words:

Evident; adjective: Plain or obvious; clearly seen or understood.

Illusion; noun: A false idea or belief.

Tragic; adjective: Causing or characterized by extreme distress or sorrow.

Starting to ruminate over mine...got the title, now to see how the day plays out for when I can post.

I won't be posting today, as I have a rare day at work. I also will make every attempt to make the rounds, but I just picked up a gig editing a book, so between writing, editing and my part-time job, it's getting tough to read all the entries. I hate saying that, as this is a community. Who knew this sabbatical was going to be so taxing?

Another selection that just seemed to demand a particular story. Thanks, as always Thom.

I started my story this week before I saw what the prompts were, and when they appeared I found I had already used one of them.

Good prompt however inspiration dulled by cold in the head! However, have managed to incorporate the words (coherently, I hope) into a poem.

I have managed to put up my post for this prompt. Looking forward to comments. I have been participating in this meme for past 3-4 weeks. Can I request to be blogrolled?
