3WW CCLII

Each week, I post three words. You write something using the words.
Then  come back and post a link to the contribution with Mr. Linky (but please, link to the exact post, not your blog, by clicking on the exact post title and past it below to Mr. Linky). As  always, there's no hard-and-fast rule that you have to post on  Wednesday.

But I invite everyone to check back often to read and  comment on other contributions. This is, after all, a community for writers who clamor for feedback.

This week's words:

Appear; verb: Come into sight, become visible or noticeable; come into existence or use; feature or be shown; perform publicly in a movie or play; seem, give the impression of being.

Dose; noun: A quantity of medicine or drug taken or recommended to be taken at a particular time; an amount of radiation received or absorbed at one time over a specific period; verb: Administer a dose to (a person or animal); adulterate or blend (a substance) with another substance.

Pierce; verb: (Of a sharp or pointed object) go into or through (something); make a hole with a sharp instrument; force or cut a way through; make a hole (in a body part) so as to wear jewelry.

Thanks for the words... I never know where they'll take me.

It is always fun to see what others will come up with as myself as we work the words.

these words rock! And, I didn't write anything morbid or depressing this time!

Looking at the words, I thought this would be edgier. Sometimes the story writes itself.

Well, I wanted to use this weeks prompt in my continuing serial on my blog. Couldn't.

But, I combined the 3WW and Romantic Friday Writers and came up with an excerpt.

Hope it works . .
