Each week, I post three words. You write something using the words.
Then come back and post a link to the contribution with Mr. Linky (but please, link to the exact post, not your blog, by clicking on the exact post title and paste it to Mr. Linky below). As always, there's no hard-and-fast rule that you have to post on Wednesday.
But I invite everyone to check back
often to read and comment on other contributions. This is, after
all, a community for writers who clamor for feedback.
This week's words:
Belief; noun: An acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists; (belief in) trust, faith, or confidence in someone or something.
Festive; adjective: Of or relating to a festival, cheerful and jovially celebratory.
Rumple; verb: Give a creased, ruffled, or disheveled appearance to; noun: An untidy state.

Merry Christmas Everyone!
Merry Christmas, everybody!
I've written a limerick this week, as usual, but I also have some news. My new anthology, "Poetry on the fly" collects the first two years of my 3WW limericks in one slim volume. It makes a fun stocking stuffer to add to the Kindle you're giving your spouse for Christmas. You know, the one you're going to "borrow" immediately after he or she opens it?
Enjoy!
Merry Christmas everyone
Happy holidays and many blessings to all of you!

May this holiday fill your heart with peace and joy. Thank you for giving all of us writers and would-be writers a place to share our love of writing.
It's the Longest Night. After spending time with homeless folks and handing out socks to the guys, I remembered it's also Hanukkah, and that Advent is drawing to a close. I'm Christian, but the secular commercialism delivered the usual sucker punch...
