Each week, I post three words. You write something using the words.
Then come back and post a link to the contribution with Mr. Linky (but please, link to the exact post, not your blog, by clicking on the exact post title and paste it to Mr. Linky below). As always, there's no hard-and-fast rule that you have to post on Wednesday.
But I invite everyone to check back often to read and comment on other contributions. This is, after all, a community for writers who clamor for feedback.
This week's words:
Baffle; verb: Totally bewilder or perplex; restrain or regulate (a fluid, sound, etc.); noun: A device used to restrain the flow of a fluid, gas, or loose material or to prevent the spreading of sound or light in a particular direction.
Elegant; adjective: Pleasingly graceful and stylish in appearance or manner.
Negate; verb: Nullify; make ineffective; deny the existence of (something).

Great words, thank you!
Got mine up for the week.
Also, be sure to read the end of the post because I'm doing a giveaway!
Like this prompt. Ignites my imagination. See you soon
Somehow a closed locked room type mystery popped into my head. Would love to have ideas on how it was accomplished...I only posted the germ of the idea, using the three words. Now I'm curious.
I don't know if anyone else is finding it impossible to leave a comment from blogger on wordpress, the message I get is that I'm not signed in.
Stacy Mar, I tried to leave a comment but it's not letting the box scroll so I can do the captcha thing.
I really liked the poem though. I believe the ones passing the homeless man by are in worse shape than he is.
I'm riding a wave. These prompts helped.
I was beginning to think I wasn't going to make it...better late than never!
