Each week, I post three words. You write something using the words.
Then come back and post a link to the contribution with Mr. Linky (but please, link to the exact post, not your blog, by clicking on the exact post title and paste it to Mr. Linky below). As always, there's no hard-and-fast rule that you have to post on Wednesday.
But I invite everyone to check back often to read and comment on other contributions. This is, after all, a community for writers who clamor for feedback.
This week's words:
Growl; verb: make a low guttural sound of hostility in the throat; (of a person) say something in a low grating voice, typically in a threatening manner; noun: A low guttural sound made in the throat; a low throaty sound made by a machine or engine.
Hype; noun: Extravagant or intensive publicity or promotion; a deception carried out for the sake of publicity; verb: promote or publicize (a product or idea) intensively, often exaggerating its importance or benefit.
Justify; verb: show or prove to be right or reasonable; be a good reason for.

funny how I was just talking to someone about growling and low it came up as one of the prompt words! It seemed rude not to use it :) Good fun this week :)
Oops! Had an issue linking up this morning :(. I am obviously in need of more coffee. The 2nd link is my actual post, the first is a link to the title song of my post. Both rock.
Another funny limerick this week. Enjoy.

Have a great Wednesday everyone.

Happy Easter Thom!
Got mine done for this week. Combined the 3WW prompt with the A to Z challenge.
Great prompt. I found it difficult this week. It's good to have an extra challenge :-)
I wasn't going to do this, but here it is! I couldn't resist.
Great words! Thanks!
Joint Napowrimo and 3WW post!
Oh... the darkness!
Had a lot of fun with this one! Been looking for excuse to write some urban fantasy set in the 1920s, and somehow these prompts inspired me to finally do so. :)
This is my first post for 3WW. Had fun writing it! Hope people enjoy reading it as well.
Welcome, Poet Mamma! I'll check you out.
As for the subject of my poem, he had it coming! Amy

Not a poem this week, a short scene. One that's pulling me in. Borrowed a Harlan Coben title as the title. Until it's a full-length novel, not sure what would be more appropriate, and at least titles aren't copywrited. Don't want to give the whole story away yet. I hope you enjoy this short snippet (about 600 words, with dialogue). Let me know if it's easy to read on a blog as well, or too long, or the format is difficult to follow. It looked okay to me when I posted.
Oops, I linked my story to the wrong thread... I was working on 'draft' 'locate' and 'serenity' :( Sorry about that.
