3WW CCLXXVIII

Each week, I post three words. You write something using the words.

Then come back and post a link to the contribution with Mr. Linky (but please, link to the exact post, not your blog, by clicking on the exact post title and paste it to Mr. Linky below). As  always, there's no hard-and-fast rule that you have to post on Wednesday.

But I invite everyone to check back often to read and  comment on other contributions. This is, after all, a community for writers who clamor for feedback.

This week's words:

Hamper; noun: A large basket with a lid used for laundry; verb: Hinder or impede the movement or progress of.

Pulverize; verb: Reduce to fine particles; (informal) defeat utterly.

Taunt; noun: A remark made in order to anger, wound, or provoke someone; verb: Provoke or challenge (someone) with insulting remarks; Reproach (someone) with something in a contemptuous way.

I need to get back into just plain fun posts, and not so "out for a cause" .....

I'm going to spend the rest of the day catching up with the posts to-date, and I look forward to hearing from everyone when they visit me *smile*

Yeah, yeah. I'm a little late. But in my defence, when I clicked on 3WW early this morning, this was the post I saw and the story jumped out at me. I couldn't resist.
