As you well know, each week I post three words. You write something using the words.

Then come back and post a link to the contribution with Mr. Linky (but please, link to the exact post, not your blog, by clicking on the exact post title and paste it to Mr. Linky below). As always, there's no hard-and-fast rule that you have to post on Wednesday.

This week's words:

Apologize; verb: Express regret for something that one has done wrong.

Derelict; adjective: In a very poor condition as a result of disuse and neglect; (of a person) shamefully negligent in not having done what one should have done; noun: A a person without a home, job, or property; a piece of property, esp. a ship, abandoned by the owner and in poor condition.

Medicate; verb: Administer medicine or a drug to (someone); treat (a condition) using medicine or a drug; add a medicinal substance to (a dressing or product); (as an adjective, medicated).
