As you well know, each week I post three words. You write something using the words.

Then come back and post a link to the contribution with Mr. Linky (but please, link to the exact post, not your blog, by clicking on the exact post title and paste it to Mr. Linky below). As always, there's no hard-and-fast rule that you have to post on Wednesday.

Dreadful, adjective: causing or involving great suffering, fear, or unhappiness; extremely bad or serious; extremely disagreeable; used to emphasize the degree to which something is the case, esp. something regarded with sadness or disapproval; (of a person) unwell or troubled.

Hasty, adjective: Done or acting with excessive speed or urgency; hurried; acting with excessive speed or insufficient consideration.

Sustain, verb: Strengthen or support physically or mentally; cause to continue or be prolonged for an extended period or without interruption; (of a performer) represent (a part or character) convincingly; bear (the weight of an object) without breaking or falling; undergo or suffer (something unpleasant, esp. an injury; uphold, affirm, or confirm the justice or validity of.
